A slubby textured Bourette Mulberry Silk Yarn with very strong definition. This 'tweed effect' 100% silk yarn is unlike any other, made from Silk Noils which are created through the processing of Mulberry Silk. Ideal for dyeing.

    • This yarn is not vegan. These hanks are designed for hand dyers but you can still knit with them in their natural shade without dyeing. They haven’t been steamed which means they contain a little bit of spinning oil and may need a first wash if you’re not dyeing them to return to their soft & bouncy nature. But don’t worry, a gentle bath in some warm water will remove the oil and bring out the natural characteristics of the yarn.
