A rare British breed yarn made with 100% Lonk Wool. Hardy & bulky, yet soft with a natural light ecru hue. Ideal for dyeing.

Our stricken edition contains subtle black fibres generating a beautifully texture grey-like colouring.

    • Our yarn is worsted spun. We advise steaming to return bulk & softness.
    • These hanks are designed for hand dyers but you can still knit with them in their natural shade without dyeing. They haven’t been steamed which means they contain a little bit of spinning oil and may need a first wash if you’re not dyeing them to return to their soft & bouncy nature. But don’t worry, a gentle bath in some warm water will remove the oil and bring out the natural characteristics of the yarn.
